Are there moving trucks available for use?

All of our North Carolina facilities have moving trucks available for use. Please contact one of our site managers for details and reservations.

Do you have boxes and packing supplies available for purchase?

We have a wide variety of boxes, packing supplies and more available for purchase at all of our site locations including: Raleigh NC, Burlington, Durham, Graham Self Storage.

What is an "on-site" manager?

An "on-site" manager is a manager that also has an apartment on the property. All of our site locations have an "on-site" manager(s). This helps our sites to be more secure.

Is there video security at the sites?

All of our site locations have a video monitoring system with multiple cameras and recording capabilities.

Are the facilities gated and fenced?

All of our facilities are fully enclosed in fencing and have an electronic gate restricting access to the facility to only our tenants. Each tenant has their own gate code that is monitored.

What are climate controlled units?

Climate control is an option offered at all of our sites. The climate controlled units maintain a temperature range of 60-75 degrees farenheit. This option helps to protect your property from exteme temperatures and humidty.

What is the difference between the office hours and gate hours?

The office hours are the hours that a manager is in the front office and available for customer assistance. Our gate hours are the hours that the electronic gate can be used to access your unit(s).
